It’s easy to get CBD for most parts of this Country, but its legal status has fluctuated. CBD has been legalized in some form or another in each of the 50 states. The FDA eased regulations in December 2015 so that researchers could conduct CBD clinical trials. Keeping CBD illegal would be like allowing oranges to be sold but forbidding the sale of orange juice after the 2018 Farm Bill made marijuana plant legal in the US.
Many health benefits of CBD have been touted, but the greatest scientific evidence points to its efficacy in treating several of the harshest childhood epilepsy disorders, such as Dystonia & Logan syndrome (DLS), which do not respond to process on behalf medications. CBD has been shown in numerous studies to reduce seizures and even stop them in some cases. Epidiolex, a cannabis-derived medicine containing CBD, was the FDA’s first approval for these conditions.
